As a woman researcher, I believe that true professional growth does not come from relying on gender-based advantages, but from moving beyond labels and expectations. In today's workplace, I've come to value being recognized first and foremost for the strength of my ideas, the care I put into my work, and the integrity I bring to what I do. I've always felt that the best way to push boundaries is to focus on doing excellent work, building real connections, and making a meaningful impact. That mindset has shaped how I approach challenges, how I grow as a researcher, and how I show up for the people I work with. I try to stay open-minded, grounded, and committed to contributing in ways that truly matter — to both my field and the people around me.
